Summary
We were commissioned to carry out structural design for the proposed new development.
The proposal is to demolish the existing building and to construct 2no. three storeys high new detached houses within the plot. The structure is to be constructed using load bearing masonry with suspended timber floors.
We have provided structural design and drawings for building control submission. We worked closely with the architects, client and contractor to resolve any queries.
