    Summary

    We were appointed to carry out a lintel design for the proposed openings within the property.

    The proposal was to create 3no. openings to the internal load-bearing wall, with consideration to accommodate the additional load from the potential loft conversion.

    A site visit was carried out to verify the form of construction and to capture necessary dimensions prior to carrying out the structural design. We provided structural design and sketches for building control submission.
