Summary
We were commissioned to carry out a structural design for the proposed alteration of the property.
The structure is a four-storey semi-detached building. The proposal is to separate the existing ground and first-floor unit into two separate dwellings, from office use to residential use. No change is proposed to the second floor, third floor, and the roof of the building.
We provided structural design and drawings for building control submission and construction purposes.
