We were commissioned by the client to carry out a specific structural survey of the front porch and front retaining wall to the building.
The client had concerns on the structural integrity of the front porch as the condition had noticeably deteriorated in the past decade.
A specific structural survey report was produced to identify potential causes and recommend remedial solutions.
