Summary

We were commissioned by the client to carry out a structural condition survey of the residential property.

The building was erected with a double storey extension to the rear circa 1970. The building was found with a vertical crack at the interface between the original building and the extension.

A survey report was produced to identify the cause of the cracks and recommendations to rectify the issue and extend the serviceable life of the structure components.
