Structural Survey

Summary

During refurbishment of the leisure complex it was reported that spalling concrete with exposed rebars were noted to the soffit of the concrete slab. We were asked to carry out an urgent non-intrusive specific structural survey to identify the defects, potential causes and provide recommendations.

A report was produced within a short time frame to suit the urgency of the site work. The report captured the findings with remedial recommendations and was provided to the client, so work could be undertaken swiftly whilst they were undergoing refurbishment to address the issues.
