Summary
The construction date of the building is estimated to be circa 19th century. The building comprises two and three storey high structure fronting Oxford Street and Lion Street, with a series of single storey structures to the rear of ground floor retail unit 1, 2 and 3.
A structural condition survey was carried out by GCS to identify defects and recommendations were provided to extend the serviceable life of the structure components.
Structural calculations and sketches were subsequently provided to suit the condition of the structure and the proposal modifications.
