Summary
The property is a mixed-use mid-terrace building. The proposal is to make a number of modifications pertaining to only the basement of the structure. We attended site to obtain the necessary details required to allow us to design the structural details to allow the modification works to take place.
Structural design, drawings and calculation packages were provided to the client for building control submission and construction purposes.
