Summary

We were commissioned by the client to carry out a specific structural survey of the retaining walls within the building plot.

Following the surveyor’s report, concerns were raised on the structural integrity of 4 no. of retaining walls. The retaining walls were situated in front and rear of the building, ranging from 1.2m to 6m in height.

A specific structural survey report was produced to identify potential defects and to recommend remedial solutions.
