Summary
The structure is a series of mixed used, commercial properties. Located in Whitchurch centre, the building is a two-storey high structural fronting Green End and a series of single storey structures to the rear of Green End.
The proposal is to covert the first floor into series of self-containing flats.
A structural condition survey was carried out and a survey report was produced to identify potential defects and to recommend remedial solutions.
Structural advice was offered to the planning consultant on the proposed alterations, to minimise impact on the existing building structure and to reduce potential construction cost.
